Children's meals on Enchantment?

Thanks to all CC'ers I've learned so much before our first cruise next month -- Western Caribbean on the Enchantment.

We'll have dd (8) and ds (11) with us. I'm curious about meal options in the MDR for kids. I'm assuming there is a kids' menu. Is it the basic chicken fingers, burgers, hot dogs, etc.? :confused:

 

Are children allowed to order items from the "regular" menu? Our kids like some more adventurous foods and I'd love them to take a break from the same-old kids' choices. :)

I don't see why they could not order anything. From the 2 cruises I've been on, the portions weren't too terribly huge.

they can order anything from the menu in the MDR. I think there were some kid choices but can't remember for sure.

We were on Enchantment in March 2008. They do have a standard type kids menu, but children can also order off the adult menu. If you go to the family board and look for crusinmama06 she has a link in her signature that has copies of the Adventure Ocean activities and I think there were children's menus too.

 

My 6 year old loved the bungee trampoline on the Enchantment - I wish they had it on other ships!

Woostercruise -- thanks for mentioning the trampoline too. I was afraid there would be an older age limit for that.

Hi! What day are you guys sailing? We are on the Enchantment sailing on 7/11. Our kids are 8 (dd) and 10 (ds). Our nephew is 6.

 

Good to know about the kids meals/adult meal option. We are already preparing our son that he will not be in the same group as his sister and cousin (according to the age chart I read). I had no idea there was a trampoline.
