Hi All,

Has anyone used any of the tour companies located off the pier when visiting Alaska? We normally book directly with the ship, but thought there may be a few better options out there.

At 99% of the ports in the world you can find a better (cheaper) price on shore rather than thru the cruise line. That said cheaper is not always better. For Alaska tips look under the "Ports of Call" section and you'll find many recommendation

yep, i can recommend this. we booked with the first booth that caught our eye, then spent the day hiking around mendenhall; easily our favorite port day.
