Tipping on the Azura??

Any ideas please if tips will be taken out of onboard account or do we tip at the end of the cruise personally? It was taken out when we were on the sea princess but you could reduce the amount if you wanted thanks any info please :o

hi suebubbles you only have to tip on p&o at the end of your cruise.the only time they add it to your onboard account is if you are on freedom dining.we tend to tip the cabin steward a bit when we get on then again halfway through and finally when we leave.then we pay the table staff on the last evening.hope this helps..humpy..
