"Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions"

I'm visiting Grand Cayman again next March and would like to find an excursion that does not last quite as long as the Rays, Reef, and Rum Point excursion with Nativeway Watersports. We used them last year and thoroughly enjoyed the day, but I was a bit disappointed because the excursion took up the whole time we had on the island and we were unable to do any shopping or exploring in the city or near the dock.

I found a company called Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions online and they seem to have some options for a shorter excursion where we could do what we want on the water and still have time to spend in the city. But I've been searching cc posts for days and can't find anyone who has used this company. Is there anyone who knows anything about them, or has used them? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Susan
