sherizel Posted July 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2009 Does anyone know which ship it is that is pictured on the front of the Cruise Critic website right now? I know it's not Carnival but didn't know where to post this question. Is there a caption I'm missing? It's the picture with the hot pink chairs, striped chairs and purple carpet. http://www.cruisecritic.com/
WitchyWoman14 Posted July 6, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 6, 2009 Hmm... all I see is the Norwegian Epic and the Oasis of the Seas... I don't see one with the description you have given... sherizel Posted July 6, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted July 6, 2009 Grrrr, the picture just changed. I wish they would put a caption on there so you can tell what the picture is. I think the ship I was looking at was an NCL one but I'm not sure.

n2knight Posted July 6, 2009 #12 Share Posted July 6, 2009 I have no idea why I really wanted this answer so badly..... But here is a dutch web site (carnival cruise line? - dutch) with the same pic that does have a caption saying Jewel Atrium http://www.carnival-cruise-line.de/schiffe/schiff_unterhaltung.asp?selection=&braum=&eraum=&preschiff=&nummer=&name=&beginn=&ende=&schiff=Norwegian%20Jewel&code=Norwegian_Jewel&klasse=&quelle=&aktion=
sherizel Posted July 6, 2009 Author #13 Share Posted July 6, 2009 Wow, thanks for the research! The NCL ships look cool but don't always have the best reviews. Then again, I guess all cruise lines get mixed reviews. I would like to check out other ships but I had such a good time on Carnival I hate to stray. He specializes in cruise travel. In the name of his website, the word "Seereisen" can be transliterated as "sea travel". cruising is a better translation. I actually spotted the ".de" as the domain and for some reason thought "Ohhh dutch!" now upon reflection I remember Deutschland on several maps while I was in Europe where Germany is. For some reason I browsed in my brain for Deutsch and my brain pointed to Amsterdam. I blame it on the absinthe I tried.

I'm sure no trouble will come your way for the violation. ;) No harm no foul.
