Is "all inclusive" the only option to use beaches?

Just wondering if I have to buy an all inclusive pass to use beach facilities at place like jolly. Just hate to spend more money on food when we have already paid for the meals on the ship. Any input is appreciated.:)

All beaches in Antigua are public beaches anyone can use them. You may rent a lounge and umbrella from a beach vendor or possibly the resort, or lay your towel on the sand for free, to use the "facilities" will probably cost you.

We recently docked in Antigua and took a taxi ($3pp each way) to Dickinson Beach..maybe Dickson beach? (Dont remember which). Then we rented two lounge chairs, and a shade for $20 for the day. Beautiful beach, but lots of vendors trying to sell you stuff. But, I enjoyed the beach. I will write more later.....
