LibraLass41 Posted July 22, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 22, 2009 The Sun! Umm, the sence of relaxation is not there, as on a longer cruise everyone relaxes on the sea days out, on a 2n/3n cruise everyone is rushing around exploring the ship, or enjoying the bars! I've done a 2n and 3n cruise on Aurora she is a lovely ship. The formal night is on day 2 and we found it was the same as any formal night on a longer cruise - even had a red rose from the waiter at the end of the night, also usual captains welcome aboard party, gala dinner menu and everyone (nearly) in formal wear. You can choose to carry on your luggage, but porter assistance is available as usual.
