Hi...from reading some reviews it seems they go to the Naval Base but on the kw site that someone posted it shows us as being at Pier B (some have called that Westin pier?)

Could anyone kindly tell me where that is, what it is near?? Will Carnival have a tram or ? for us to ride to the center of town or are we near it?

My ideas (have a pretty large group of friends) are to

1) get to southernmost point for pictures (walk or?)

2) visit some shops/bars....Irish Kevins, Hogs Breath?

3) get some Key Lime Pie (maybe on a stick?)

Some may want to go to museum ....

most of us just want to soak in the flavor and fun

have thought of the hop on and off trolley...not sure if we "need" that if

we are only there such a short time, and we are pretty large group (20 or more Baby Boomers out to party)

Can any one familiar with the docking there help me? any recent Destiny cruisers??

Any other don't miss places?

Conch fritters/chowder? Key Lime?

(PS...while this will be fun, we are all Floridians from Ft Laud so the Florida/fun atmosphere is not new to us, and most of us have been to the Keys. My main concern is where we dock...how to figure out where to go from there. I have been to KW before various times and love it, just want to figure how to make most of our time there...thanks so much)

You will be docking at the Westin Hotel pier and will not need transportation to the foot of Duval Street, the main tourist area.

The Southernmost point will be the most distant and it is only a mile and a quarter of flat walking.
