Good snorkelling near Cabo San Lucas, Huatulco Mexico?

We are cruising HAL Westerdam Sept 27 to Mexico; Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala; Corinto, Nicaragua; Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica; San Blas Islands, Panama; Santa Marta, Colombia and Santo Domingo, DR. I would appreciate knowing if snorkelling is good in any of these spots, locations to snorkel on our own and any reputable tour companies.

I have organized a snorkel trip for Huatulco and Santa Marta. I see you are part of our group so will see you at the meet and greet. I do this trip every year, and Hurricane Divers offers the BEST snorkel trip in Huatulco. I still need 1 or 2 more for the snorkel trip in Santa Marta.

 

I would love to do the beach or snorkel in Costa Rica, and plan to do the beach in Acapulco, also hope to snorkel in the San Blass Islands. I would love to have company on these trips.
