Ecstacy time same in Cozumel?

We'll be on Ecstacy in August out of Galveston. Can anyone tell me if the time in Cozumel will be the same time as on ship? We booked an excursion on our own and don't want to miss the time we reserved.

You'll always want to stay on "ship time...." so we always keep at least one of our watches on ship time, and then use our cell phones for local time b/c it should automatically switch over, even if you don't use the phone itself while in port. That way, by the watch, you know when to be back on the ship. Hope you enjoy your cruise!

 

Cozumel is in the Central Time Zone.
