sgriff17 Posted December 26, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 26, 2004 I'm going to write more later...but, I just wanted to say that this was the most flawless cruise I have ever been on. The crew we had were incredible! All the way from the room stewardess to the dining room staff - to the CD Mark Price and the Casino staff... Very friendly people. I have some bad things to say about Tri-County Express - plus a forgotten passenger in St Martin :) ....and a heart-attack the first 4 hours at sea where we had to stop in Freeport... What else...Hmmm....how about getting 3 bottles of Johnnie Walker Blue and one of Glennfiddich 18 yr for 25 dollars :D ??? I'll write a full review in the next couple days people. Just wanted to let all of you future Triumph cruisers know that we had a GREAT time, with little to NO complaints what-so-ever.

demos Posted December 26, 2004 #3 Share Posted December 26, 2004 I am very curious how the weather was for you. I haven't cruised much in the winter and was wondering how warm it was, and if it was cool on the ship at night? Thanks
sgriff17 Posted December 26, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted December 26, 2004 The weather was in the 80's and SUNNY the WHOLE TIME!! It rained one morning (Friday) around 8am, so many people never even knew this happened. The captain moved the ship in a different course and it was quickly sunny again! It was kinda cool at night...especially on the decks with the wind. A light jacket or long sleeve shirt would be fine. The ship was pretty darn cold too the majority of the time. I still don't want to write a review as that means it's all over  I'll write later.
VABeach Posted December 26, 2004 #5 Share Posted December 26, 2004 Mark Price is so awsome!! He replaced John Heald who was also great, but I liked Mark much better. The Triumph is a beautiful ship.:)
demos Posted December 28, 2004 #6 Share Posted December 28, 2004 Thank you!!!!!!! It is so cold here I was rethinking my cruise wardrobe. Hard to imagine we will be wearing shorts next week. I will bring a sweater for the cool nights.
