Camp Carnival (Destiny) Question

We are cruising with two boys (8 & 10) on the Destiny. My understanding is that those are two different ranges for their programs.

Can the boys move up (or down), so that they are together? My 8yo tends to be pretty mature, so he could move up, but my 10yo has Aspergers (mild autistic disorder), so moving down is an option, too.

Or is everything in such close proximity at CC on the Destiny that it wouldn't matter if they were separated?

In our past experience they will not let the kids move from one age group to another. They are very strict about that. They have the children's birthday information from your booking information and they place them accordingly. I have a 5 and 6 year old. This upcoming cruise will be the first time they will be in separate groups. I have never been on the Destiny so I am not sure how CC is set up on that ship. I know on the Fantasy class ships they are close together. I hope this helps you! :)
