Louise22 Posted August 1, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2009 Many cruises have been cancelled since our April 1st cruise and I am wondering if anyone else is having problems getting a refund. There are a few of us who have been corresponding via e-mail and the others have received refunds through their credit card which in turn has received money from Elegant as far as I know. All those cruises were up to a month and a half later than mine. I, unfortunately, paid by check as payment was only by AmEx or check and I did not have an AmEx card. If this happened in your case or if you are still awaiting refund for a check payment could you please let me know. My insurance doesn't cover so as of now I am out almost $10,000.
