9CE Posted August 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2009 As Royal Caribbean veterans we wanted something different this year. Mum, dad and two teenage daughters, we booked last minute on Seabourn with a "guarantee" rate deal. I'm feeling guilty that the girls-for whom I didn't book a veranda- will be in room 101! How much do I have to worry about? Any top tips for Seabourn first timers? Thanks.
Martita B. Posted August 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 2, 2009 Welcome to Seabourn and to the forum board! Don't worry about your Girls and suite 101 ~~ I know of guests that when booking ask for # 100 or 101. It's right at the bow and is configured differently from other suites. Drapes separate the living area and the bedroom. A quick hop up the stairs to Deck 5 and they will enjoy the forward jacuzzi ~~ Have a wonderful Legend voyage ~~ Martita B. STANIER5 Posted August 3, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 3, 2009 Hello 9CE and crestofawave. We are a party of seven with, wait for it, three teenage daughters in two families. We were also thinking that they perhaps would be the only teenagers on the Legend but now we know for sure there will be at least seven. Cheers everybody. WEAVO Posted August 7, 2009 #5 Share Posted August 7, 2009 They will have a ball, we have sailed lots with our girls again 3 of them and they love Seabourn, the first time only booking them for the first week as they didnt know if they would like the smaller ship. They did not want to get off. The crew can not do enough for them (mind you that goes for all of us) Hope you are not dissapointed with your balcony, we have only bothered once to book it, it is so small, you can not sit out there, but it is nice to open the doors. Your girls will be happy their suite. Enjoy and welcome
