Santiago Restaurants?

I highly recommend "Aqui Esta CoCo" which was within walking distance of the Sheraton. They had excellent Sea Bass served many different ways. We also ate at "Ilsa Negra". They had an extensive menu and good food. Both restaurants were quite reasonably priced.

There are about 8 of us who have been "talking" about getting together for dinner in Santiago the night before our cruise. We are staying at 3 different hotels - so somebody (ies) will be taking a taxi. Just wondering if there are any suggestions about where we should go for dinner. Also - what are the typical dining hours in Santiago?

Thanks so much.
