Wine Package - Service Charge vs Gratuity

The wine package brochure has an asterisk next to the price that says that service charge is included in the price. Both from the rest of the brochure and actually trying to order the package, it turns out that the gratuity is additional.

 

That's fine but then what is the service charge? Does anyone know?

It's just another of those confusing double talk statements. The service charge and the gratuity are the same thing. Only one charge of 15% added.
