mjsshipboy Posted May 11, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2004 Here in the UK we have a great cruising advertising magazine called "View from the Bridge", which let out that for 2005, the Grandeur will return to Baltimore to operate a series of 9 night cruises to the Caribbean alternated with 5 night cruises to Bermuda... That should be pretty cool! Something a little bit different - should be good for a back-to-back cruise - totally different ports!

Here is the info off the RCCL press release on the plans for 2005. New Itineraries in 2005 Grandeur of the Seas will return to Baltimore in May 2005 to offer two exciting new itineraries. Grandeur will sail alternating nine-night Caribbean and five-night Bermuda cruises through November 2005. The nine-night Caribbean cruises will call in Key West and Port Canaveral, Florida; Cozumel, Mexico; Freeport, Grand Bahama Island; and CocoCay. The exciting new five-night Bermuda itineraries will provide guests two full days and an overnight to experience the abundant beauty and charm of the Island. Grandeur will dock amid the majesty and history of the Royal Naval Dockyard (King's Wharf), the perfect gateway from which to explore Bermuda. I had not tought about a back to back but you are right it would make make for a great trip.
