How soon can you purchase cigs and do they had them over right then and there? Also when do they let you purchase alcohol.I know that is held to the end of the cruise but I do remember a time they ran out of alot of the top picks.

The shops usually open about an hour after departure.

 

You can buy both your liquor and cigarettes at that time (and they often have a 10% off sale on alcohol that first night!). They hand over the cigarettes right away and the liquor is picked up the last day.

You can purchase alcohol as soon as the store opens, but you will not get it until last day! Purchase it early so you will get it.
