Group Rates

8 cabins at double occupancy,,,so 16 people

Group rates will almost always beat any discounts. Also group rates come with certain amenities.

As has been stated it is 8 cabins, in addition with each 8 cabins paid in full you recieve one fare free. And as long as you meet the 8 cabin requirement you will recieve a $100.00 per cabin OBC.

You do pay a higher rate to get the "amenities" though. You can also request the non-amenity rate and save about $90 -$100 per cabin.

You still get the "free" fare for 8 double cabins even if everyone books early saver rates which are cheaper than group rates. That's what my group is doing.

Also, the single cabins do not count towards the 8 cabin free fare. They only count cabins that have two guests in them.

Not quite true. A single 1A counts as one guest, so if you have two single 1As, it counts the same as one double cabin. A single in any other category pays double, so it actually counts as a double cabin.

We have two single 1As, a double interior, a single balcony, four double balconies and one triple balcony. Nine cabins, sixteen people and it counts as a group.
