HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLOOOOO lilybug23: Congrats on your first cruise. My first cruise was on the Carnival Triumph in its first year of service. We have never been to the Western Carribbean so can't help you there.

We are going on the Carnival Dream on its first two cruises out of NYC in a few months. I could tell you about the ship then.

I have been on five cruise lines. Carnival has the best food of the lines I have been on. There is more to do on Carnival ships and you get a bigger bang for your buck. That is why people return to cruise on Carnival.
