Cementary beach question

We will go to Cementary beach for the day. Can someone tell me is there a bathroom close to the beach? Also we will wnt to buy some drinks and maybe a sandwhich. Can we walk to a store from the beach?

If so how do I get to the bathrooms or a store?

There is no bathroom at Cemetery Beach. On occasion there has been a portable toilet there, but do not count on that.

 

There is a Foster's IGA grocery within walking distance. That is the closest option for snacks. It is about a quarter mile away. From the beach walk back out to the road and turn left. If you continue another quarter mile past the Fosters there is a restaurant by the beach.

Another idea is to bring some peanut butter crackers from home and bring them in your beach bag along with some bottles of water. This can hold you over for the day if you get a good breakfast.

 

 

FYI: You can not bring fruit and/or any open packages on or off the ship. You may only bring snack foods that are manufactorily sealed.

Closest bathroom you can rely on is at that same Fosters grocery. Plan ahead 5 to 7 minutes.
