Are the games free in the kids arcade or do you have to buy a refillable game card?

I didn't see any free games in the arcade. I guess you'll have to pay

I was wondering if the kids area for teens 13-18 have video games in their area and if there is a charge for them, not in the ships main arcade.

i know that the age group before the teens has playstations...they were pretty kool

 

And they were free

Those games that my 16 years old selected are not included in the price of the cruise. Each day I see at least $15 charged from the arcade.

On Brilliance, the arcade was not free... only the playstations etc that were actually part of the adventure ocean program. We had to put specified $$$ amounts on our seapass as "arcade credits". Helped keep the arcade costs from being a surprise at the end of a day!!!!!

My 12 year old managed to rack up $140 worth of arcade charges after 2 1/2 days on board. After that he was limited to $10 per day.

 

The computers in the older kids area (12 and up) were for internet access only. I think the charge was .50 per minute, but my son did not use this so I am not sure. As a previous poster stated, the Playstations were only available in the Adventure Ocean areas for the younger kids.
