Shareholder Benefit Confirmation Question

Recommended Posts

I read that the confirmation for the shareholder onboard credit will appear in My Documents.

Does anyone know exactly where in My Documents I should be looking?

Also, if I used a travel agent, will it still appear in My Documents?

Thanks.

This will show on the page with the pricing information on your cruise. It will show as Onboard Credit, right below the total price you paid for the trip. On my documents this is on page 6, before either the insurance info (if you took insurance) or the luggage tags.

You should see this whether you booked thru a travel agent or direct. I don't believe the docs are any different.

All but my $50 change of cruise OBC doesn't show up on my online documents. I called and had customer service email me a copy of my info and all $550 shows up on that. I don't know why they have such a problem showing your OBC no matter where you look.
