How long is the walk from the pier to the taxi, tours etc.

Is it a very long walk once you leave the ship to get to the taxis and tour excursions ? Are their any other means ( rickshaws, carts etc.?) If you've been to Nassau, how would you compare the distance ? My husband has some walking issues.

If you give your ship name and date, someone here will figure out whiich of the 3 major piers you'll dock at, and then someone can answer your question. :)

They have a bike rickshaws on the pier where the Legend docks.

Thank you, that sets my mind at ease for this port. Now to check on the others; Belize, ( tendered), Grand Cayman ( tendered), and Roatan.

All three of these you are right at the port and shopping.I haven't been to Roatan in a while so not sure.I know the last time I was there there were little shopping stands at the pier.
