Delta Dear Posted August 15, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2009 Is it a very long walk once you leave the ship to get to the taxis and tour excursions ? Are their any other means ( rickshaws, carts etc.?) If you've been to Nassau, how would you compare the distance ? My husband has some walking issues. If you give your ship name and date, someone here will figure out whiich of the 3 major piers you'll dock at, and then someone can answer your question. :)
Delta Dear Posted August 15, 2009 Author #4 Share Posted August 15, 2009 OOPS, sorry, you can tell we are cruise newbies ( only one other cruise under our belts.) We will be on the Carnaval Legend, in Colzumel on Feb. 10, 2010. How do you find the port for each stop?

Delta Dear Posted August 16, 2009 Author #7 Share Posted August 16, 2009 Thank you, that sets my mind at ease for this port. Now to check on the others; Belize, ( tendered), Grand Cayman ( tendered), and Roatan. I know this is the Cozumel thread, but if you happen to know anything about our other three ports, feel free to jump in. LOL Thanks
mylove Posted August 16, 2009 #8 Share Posted August 16, 2009 All three of these you are right at the port and shopping.I haven't been to Roatan in a while so not sure.I know the last time I was there there were little shopping stands at the pier.
