oriana ironing room

please does anyone know if there is an ironing room on the oriana or if I should take a travel iron?

hi willow3 yes there are launderettes on oriana and they do have ironing boards and irons.i think there are 3 launderettes placed around the ship on different decks..hope this helps..humpy.

Yes the launderettes are free to use, there will be a few washing machines and tumble driers, and ironing boards. On Arcadia there were for example 4 or so washing machines with tumble driers on top in a small cubby hole cabin room with just one ironing board and iron, on 3 or so decks Aurora had a much bigger 'launderette' with lots of equipment.

 

Always worth taking a couple of washing tablets with you incase you have to venture in...I take BOLD 2pk tablets as they are dry (not liquidtabs) and have a built-in fabric conditioner..

Laundrettes are located:

A Deck Mid ships ~ large (between cabins A200, A194, A205, A199 ~ avoid those cabins then!)

C Deck Aft ~ Medium in size (Next to cabin C139, Facing Cabins C331, C325, C323, C321)

E Deck Forward ~ Small (Facing cabins E130, E132, E134, E136, E142)

 

I've always found it useful to keep an eye on Daz, Surf, Bold etc websites as when they introduce a new scent they send out samples for free, that you can request. They are generally one one wash packs which are in plastic bags so absolutely excellent for cruising!

 

Comfort & lenor also do sample packs occasionally.
