Going on a cruise on the Imagination this Friday 8/28. We are porting at the Bahamas at 10am and are staying overnight until 7am. Paradise Island (as you all know) charges $110 pp (first come first serve) for the passes. It will be and my GF, so that's $220

I called Paradise Island, and they are holding a room for me:

1 King Room, Beach Towers

Includes Swimming and playing with the dolphins experience

Includes 2 tickets to the Aura Nightclub

Includes a free sushi and saki dinner

=$330.19 total

do you guys think it's worth it?

we will want to see the aquarium, GF really wants to play with dolphins, and we will utilize the waterpark

EDIT: I only have 2 hours to accept :(

If you have all day and nite, it might be worth it. It's alot to do all in one day. (getting reservations at NOBU may not be easy.. )

Make sure they have an opening for the dolphin experience that day and if you want that sushi (which is a pre meal.. not a full meal).. make sure you can get reservations on the day you are going.

This all looks great... but if you can't get reservations.. it's not worth the extra $$$.

would i be able to reserve those when i book?

Yes, but I think they are with different departments. I'd call the 800 # and see what is available for the dolphins and dining options BEFORE I committed to the room.

This deal is open to all new Beach Tower guests with a 3 day package.. so my thought is that these slots are going fast.

Not a great deal if you can't take advantage of the perks.

I don't know what to tell you.. You are arriving on a weekend.. and there are at least 5-6 cruiseships as well as Atlantis guests.

True, some kids are already back in school by this time.. but I really can't judge if you'd get a slot. I've never heard of them doing it same day. when you get there.. you usually have to book days, if not weeks, in advance.

Hmmmm, i will be really upset if i don't get a slot...i'mr ally doing this for the Dolphin Interaction, how much is that by itself?

Not sure what the price is at the moment. but i think it's around $150.. or so.

If there are no slots left.. you won't be able to "buy" one either.

I think you should call as if you were booking a slot and see what the price and times are. If there are plenty of slots.. then go for it.. if not..we'll .. you decide.

Call Atlantis and ask for the dolphin interaction ..

Ok I just booked, she said that i am guaranteed a Dolphin Interaction slot because it's part of the promotion, the only thing they cannot guarantee is the time but i am guaranteed the visit, i'm cool with that

The dolphin interaction by itself comes to $250 for 2 people!

So for $80 more, i got:

- A room at Beach towers

- All access to Atlantis

- Dolphin Interaction

- Sushi/saki tasting

- 1 hour of tennis or golf

- Admission to Cain Pool Adult Pool

- 2 Tickets to Aura Nightclub

- 2 Margaritas at Mesa Grill

All for a total of $330.19

Good deal?
