sharecruises Posted August 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2009 Hi... well from looking around it seems that Carlos and Charlies are at Puerto Langusto..downtown so we dock at Puerto Maya *(Destiny)...go to Sanchos Beach and then back at 5:30 or 6...what is on the Puerto Maya Pier? do they have the "drugstores'?? LOL>> Yes, nice to pick up some Retin a etc do they have shops besides the Diamond International? what about the Fat Tuesdays...is that fun? I am trying to simplify things...I KNOW I could take a cab into San Miquel but I would rather stay at Carnivals Pier and walk back on the ship for dinner (and NOT miss the ship...like 8 people did when I was on the Valor haha) any "logistic" info and Puerto Maya info much appreciated...thanks

tandemcruzr Posted August 29, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 29, 2009 You might want to get a map of Cozumel from mapchick dot com. It will give you a ton of information about shops, restaurants, beaches, snorkeling, diving, etc. on the Island. It will also give you a sense of distances from town to your pier. Cab was $7US in Jan for up to 4 people. Less than 10 minutes and cabs are plentiful at the pier and downtown.
