Towel Animal Theater, A Cruise Highlight!

Okay, so some might find this a bit cheezy but we certainly feel we stumbled upon a hidden gem on our Splendor cruise last week. The last sea day they have the towel folding class followed by a performance of "Towel Animal Theater". It is really a first-rate puppetry production on the level of Henson and related projects. Doing a little research it was created by one of Henson's ex-puppeteers who also was in the Broadway production of Avenue Q. Our kids LOVED it and my wife and I were very entertained as well (plenty of "adult" jokes that go over the kid's heads and really good music). Thought I would share something that many might otherwise overlook.

So this sounds fun I think I will check it out and maybe drag my boyfriend to watch to

I have the opposite reaction. We finally went after 4 cruises. It is 30 minutes of my life I will never get back. Unless you have a child under the age of 5 it is ridiculous in the extreme.

We also were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed towel animal theater on the fantasy

We like doing the towel folding on the last sea day and my 4 year old liked the towel animal theater. Like everything else, it appeals to some and not others.

I dont think we would do this but when they lay out towel animals all over lido that is certainly worth seeing.
