Few Breakaway Questions

Hi. I'll be on the Breakaway and I have a few questions.

How much is a liter of water on board? How about a six pack? If I order ahead of time it is $17.64 for a six pack. I am just wondering if it's the same price on board.

What is the advantage of picking a specific ship and date through cruise next vs. just purchasing a deposit for a future cruise?

Anyone have information on the Escape Room? Can it be booked on the app while in the pier waiting to board?

Thank you!

i want to say a liter on board is around $6.

we always bring our Nalgene bottles and get lemons at the bar. the ship water is fine and safe to drink. any bartender will happily fill your jug or you can fill it in your room. the ship sells Aquafina, and honestly, their filtered water tastes much better.

You can purchase multiples of bottled water. When you get on the ship, go to the pool area, they are usually selling them there and they will deliver them to your room. I usually wait to order them while I am onboard because I am a Platinum latitude member and I get a discount onboard

If you buy a $250 deposit voucher onboard, they take $100 off your current cruise bill

This is misleading. While I understand what you are saying, there is always confusion when it comes to this. It's easiest just to think of it as paying $150 for a $250 deposit. What will happen is you will see a $250 charge to your onboard account and then a credit for $100.

Just curious, why people think this is confusion?

People probably do not think about the deposit going onto their onboard account when they sign up for it or when they are hearing about it for the first time. Thats what it was for me when I read the previous posters comment about it. Makes total sense as you use your onboard account for everything, just when you hear it the way it is advertised it makes it sound like you get $100 off your current balance not with the $250 added.
