We went on the Ecstasy last winter (same class ship). We were cramming 4 & 5 people in outside cabins. The upgrade fairy called with an offer for all 4 cabins. We jumped at the rate for suites. DD has four children and while we had to book one of her kids in a different cabin, they all slept in the same one. She and DH had the bed and shared with an infant, 2 boys shared the sofa bed and a toddler had a roll away. There was not a lot of extra room while the roll a way was set up, but it worked. She also said the roll a way was not huge, so she didn't know how it would work for a large adult.
