I don't know if anyone else has the same problem but when I am logged in and try to access My CostaClub Profile via the link I get sent to a page called SharePoint which looks like sort of Windows style back room page.

Its been like it for some time now. :(

I remember the days when you see your sailing history and how many points you gained each cruise.

Costa Web sites (no matter which coutry) are a P.O.S. , always have been.

The current system is a mixture of old and new pages.

from the German site, I can log on which in it's self is a P.I.T.A., there it shows name, Costa Club level, date of expiry, and total club points. I then have to scroll to the bottom left hand corner of the page and click on Your Costa Club Profile, there it shows ship, date, cruise points and bord (booze) points.

When I try to log in via Costa UK, it takes me to the Costa's German web site - at least they can get that right.

Sorry I can't help further.

Idea: Book a cruise and interrogate the Totem terminals for your cruise history.:D
