Good Hope Estate Excursion?

Has anyone done this excursion? I see there are several options from our cruise ship RCCL Liberty of the Seas which stops in Falmouth. Is this one possible to do on our own or would it end up costing the same as through the cruise ship.

 

How was the tubing? Were your kids able to tube or was it scary for them? Are there kid sized tubes available?

 

Is there a minimum weight for the zip-lining? My DD is 6 and about 40lbs. I can't seem to find any info for this particular zip-line.
