MUKTUKMARY Posted March 1, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2005 Are shipboard credits allowed to be used as casino dollars? Thanks!
springtxbill Posted March 1, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2005 The shipboard credit is applied to your final bill on the ship. Anything that has been charged to that account including money for the casino is covered.
Cotton Posted March 1, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 1, 2005 Bill, I didn't think you could charge CASH to your S&S card.....
kitty9 Posted March 1, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2005 Cotton, yes, you can get actual cash on most cruise ships in the casino and it gets charged to your sign and sail account. On Cunard you could take out $1000 per day in the casino, on Celebrity they let you take out $2000 a day in the casino.
serene56 Posted March 1, 2005 #5 Share Posted March 1, 2005 To get cash on the sign and sail card you take your card to the cashier cage--tell them how much and you get a slip in return. You take the slip of paper to a table game and cash that slip into token chips. you can then cash out and go get your money from the cashier cage. It also costs 3% to take your money out this way. Trevoli Posted March 3, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 3, 2005 So, if you applied a mileage award card to your S & S card, then used your S & S card to get cash from the casino (or get chips and then turn them in for cash), you'd get miles for your cash advance? That'd be cool. T
serene56 Posted March 3, 2005 #7 Share Posted March 3, 2005 as long as you know that its costs you 3% to get those miles--lol
