What to do with our luggage!

My husband and I will be in Barcelona one night before our cruise. We want to do some sightseeing before boarding, but what can we do with our luggage? The hotel check-out time is at least three hours before boarding starts. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What about leaving them at the Bell desk? We did that in Puerto Vallarta after checking out. We left them there for 6 hours while we went to the beach. They even let us use a room to shower/change. Call your hotel in Barcelona and see if they'll allow you to leave your luggage there for a few hours...a nice tip would be in order also.

Are you doing the ship's transfers? If you are, they usually will pick up your bags at the hotel and take them to the ship long before you have to board---they usually want the bags outside your hotel room by no later than 9am. If you're not on their transfers, the bell desk will take them and store them for you until you want to head to the ship.
