Excellent service from P&O

Just received excellent service from P&O and felt the need to pass it on.

 

The call-taker at P&O first explained the risks of down-grading cabins, some of which were unacceptable, in particular losing my flight options. However she thought outside the box and resolved my problem whilst retaining the aspects of my booking that were important to us. It took a while, but she persevered and I am a very happy bunny! Thanks P&O; thanks Eileen.
