With so many viruses and computer glitches happening these days it would be hard to define the problem on an individual basis. What works for one or some may not work for all. Suggest that you try a warm reboot of your computer and see if that fixes the problem. Do you have something already in your CART that is conflicting with something that you are adding ? Maybe something is already sold out or you are too early on time limits to place your order for services. Suggest perhaps to clear your CART and try to reinstall the pieces and parts. Working with a TA - have them do the work. Otherwise perhaps a call to NCL and book or load your CART through them and a good time to see if there are any other deals available to go with what you have selected. But don't give up the ship ! GLYNAGP Posted October 23, 2016 #5 Share Posted October 23, 2016 I have a B2B booking in December, firstly I can't look at anything to do 2nd of the Two cruises and since last week I can't log into the NCL UK . As I live in Spain it keeps redirecting me the the Spanish website . That doesn't really help when I booked and paid for it in £UK with NCL in the UK. I managed to check in for the cruises via the Spanish Website but called the UK number yesterday to book and excursion in Rabat.
