Our cruise on MSC Preziosa is now less than 2 weeks away and we actually leave home 2 days before sail date to get to embarkation port. When can I expect to receive our tickets?

A general rule of thumb its about 30 days out. I would give them a quick call tomorrow. Also just in case check your spam folder.

Last time I sailed with MSC even though I did all the booking etc. for some reason they sent the tickets to my husbands old email address (the email address was linked to his MSC Card).

Thanks for the quick replies. I did the online check in weeks ago but left the id clear as we do not have ID cards here in UK. Filled in everything else including passport details. Will contact MSC on Monday.

In the UK it is usually 10-14 days before sailing, occasionally earlier but that's booking direct with MSC. If you have booked ia a TA, then they go to them and they're meant to forwar to you.

I'd chase them up and check they have the correct email address for you.
