goober87 Posted April 15, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2016 On Tuesdays from 12-4 in PV they have started a Ceviche Fair where several local restaurants sell their own take on the gastronomic delight. We were lucky to stumble upon this in February. It was really, really good. We just went from one stall to the next. It's located on the pedestrian portion of Fancisca Rodriquez @ Olas Atlas in Old Town. This is the street that runs in to the pier. See announcement article here: http://www.vallartadaily.com/news/puerto-vallarta/puerto-vallarta-celebrates-ceviche-day-every-tuesday/ Be sure to bring Pesos. They weren't eager to take our dollars. Ine Posted April 15, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 15, 2016 This is an event during winterseason and most likely will stop at the end of April, maybe earlier. The same happens with the saturday farmers market and happened already with the Mexican fiesta diner event of Friday night. I agree it was a very nice, but not everybody likes aquachiles or ceviche.
