Looking to visit waterfalls why here. does anyone have any recommendations on where to go or even a tour that will take you around to see them?

If your doing this on a port call (stop) for the day, look into the ship's tour's to El Yunque. While they might be a bit lackluster, if you have a short stop, and the rain forest being far away, if the ship's tour runs late, the ship will wait. If a private tour goes late, it will not. If looking for private tours, read up some more on this board and you will find some good suggestions. On the other hand, if you're staying in PR pre/post cruise, you might consider renting a car and hiking the rain forest at your leisurely pace.
