Costa Mediterranea - Balcony Premium deck 6

Dear All,

Costa is offering me a kind of upgrade to cabin 6115. On the deckplan I could see that it links with a neighbouring inside cabin but looking at images of the ship it looks as if it has an extended balcony (going forward). Would anybody know this cabin or the balcony configuration on that part of deck 6?

Yes this is the last balcony cabin on deck 6 (Narciso) it does link with an outside cabin next door the balcony is extended but normally a connecting maintenance door is closed.

These are normally for families who want two cabins adjoining.

Many thanks. Wondering if they would open that separation if there is a family occupaing both cabins (including the intern one)

We had similar on Atlantica. The 2 cabin occupants are in charge of the doors, they arent locked but there are 2. One each cabin. So whilst one cabin could open the door, there is no way for them to open the other door to the next cabin. No handle. Does that make sense?

We put the kids in the inside, we had the balcony, made a cheap cruise option in 2 cabins.
