port schedules

Hi - please forgive a dumb question....

I saw on one of these boards (I forget now where) someone say that on Sept 26 there would be only one other ship docked at the port and so that meant less crowds, etc...where do you go to find that schedule this far in advance?? I am interested in Western carribean (Key West, Cozumel, Grand Cayman) in late September early October...
