Hi all - I emailed my MSC transfer form to them on 5/13. Thye have not transferred it to my travel agent yet. What has others experience been with this?

Thanks,

Kyle.

It seems MSC is extremely slow when transferring to a travel agency. I made the request for my Feb'18 reservation to be transferred back on May 4th and it still has not been done. First, MSC told me travel agent it can take up to a week to process transfer, then they said 7-10 business days, then my travel agent emailed me saying they might be going on how far out the cruise is as those with cruises earlier then mine (Feb'18) could take priority. Finally, this past Friday, my travel agent said she is waiting for MSC accounting to approve transfer. Hope that helps...

It's always good to leave things alone.
