Delta Queen Working Way Through Congress

The Delta Queen appears to be headed back to cruising despite her wooden structure. I sailed on sister boat Mississippi Queen but have seen Delta Queen in recent years as she was docked in Chattanooga for use as a hotel and restaurant. Here's the article.
