Venetian Passageways--Weather In October/November

Hi, am taking the Star Breeze on October 21 from Athens to Venice. Trying to get a bead on what the weather might be like. Based on what I have read so far, I am guessing mild to cool, but if anyone has first hand experience on what to expect, helpful hints would be welcome.

We've cruised several times at that time of year; you'll get warm weather, a bit of rain, a bit cool, sunshine. Basically, you can expect the full range! Maybe not swimming weather, but everything else.

Its a great time of year for sightseeing; not too hot for walking, less crowds.

I am really intrigued by that Venetians Passageways itinerary. I also have my eye on Sicilian Splendors and Around Iceland.

Anyways... When you get back from your cruise, could you let us know how you liked the itinerary.

I'm getting off the Breeze as you are getting on. I'm very excited about this cruise as this port intensive itinerary stops at some fantastic places. I Was on the WindSpirit 10 years ago, my first cruise ever, from Venice to Athens. And here I am again! Ten years ago I travelled in July, October is going to be so much nicer weather wise and crowd wise. I would say be prepared for everything. You will love Windstar.
