N. Amsterdam : Panaroma vs Midship Deck 5 balcony?

Hello! Let me start by saying that I like being forward or midship and I may like forward better because I like feeling the ship hit the swells rather than the rock side to side. What is below the panaroma deck? Anything noisy? I see the lifeboat sight line issue on deck 5; not sure how I feel about that. Which would you take?

The balconies are also small on deck 5. We like being high, and would go with deck 10.

Are all the balconies smaller on Deck 5? Please let me know. (First time on HA)

We booked 5160 (aft) and I can still change it - we love sitting on the balcony.

Thank you

No. All the mid-ship deck 5 balconies (which the OP was asking about) are 4.5 ft deep. 5160 has the standard 6 ft deep balcony. Enjoy my favorite ship! :)

Thank you so much, I panicked for a moment.

For the past week I've been reading all the posts on this board; great help for the first timers to this line (lots of cruises though)
