Buying Water/Soft Drinks Before Boarding

Does anyone know of the best place (i.e. airport or cruise terminal) to buy some bottled water and diet tonic water to take on board please?

Errr...... it would be useful to know which airport & which cruise port :D

And what transport you'll be using between them.

I can help with a few, including my home town of Southampton.

But I'd struggle a bit with Beijing or Buenos Aires ;)
