Cruise personaliser P & O

I'm having trouble logging into my cruise personaliser, it keeps coming up HTML comparability problem. I'm using an iPad and it says change on your tool bar but I can't even find that on an iPad, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I Google P&O cruise personaliser and the page asks for your reference ,name and cruise date.I have never had a problem on my android phone or laptop.

I found that I have to use safari on iPad to use the cruise personaliser. I use to have the same problem. It's very hit and miss with google.

I agree with Bronte30, Safari is much more reliable when using an iPad.
