Does anyone know if you can buy a day pass here?

there are 2, quite far from the ship (in Nuevo Vallarta, $20+ taxi each way), we have driven by each before, both are newer.

As farr as I know they donot and indeed they are ot in Puerto vallarta but more north in Nuevo vallarta.
