Call back and talk to a different agent, or ask to speak to a manager.

 

The discount should be for both weeks.Unless they have changed it in the last couple of months

Thank you. We just can't seem to get clarification on all the discounts and how they apply. This is causing flashbacks to the last time we booked and all the frustrations we had. We love the cruises once we get onboard but have had such bad experiences with the reservation part of the experience.
